JEWELL · COLOUR & COGNITION
A focused assessment of the way you follow patterns, transform information and draw conclusions. Colour is the language. Reasoning is the challenge.
An original reasoning exercise. Scores describe performance here; they are not IQ scores or population rankings.
Track ordered steps and alternating operations.
Combine patterns across rows, columns and sets.
Rotate, reflect and rearrange coloured tiles.
Resolve linked conditions into a precise answer.
A CLEAR STANDARD
One point for each correct answer. Wrong and unanswered questions earn zero; there is no negative marking or speed bonus. Your result gives a short summary of how you did, what went best and what to practise. It describes this attempt only.
Every question has a specified rule or a set of conditions and one correct option. No art-history knowledge, paint knowledge or subjective colour preference is required. Letter labels identify the colours throughout; they are part of the test, not hints.
No. A defensible IQ score requires a validated instrument, representative norms and evidence of reliability and fairness. This original exercise has not undergone that process. It is for personal exploration, not diagnosis, hiring or educational placement.
The 18-minute limit is a challenge setting, not a validated testing standard. Choose untimed mode if a timer is unsuitable. Colours have high-contrast letter labels, and a monochrome option keeps all the same information. Timed and untimed results should be considered separately. Repeating the same form can improve scores through familiarity.
No name, email or phone number is needed. This assessment saves progress and the current result in this browser when storage is available. Clear the session to remove it. The result is self-administered and is not an independently verified certificate.
COLOUR REASONING · FORM 01
Use a quiet setting and a screen where every tile is easy to see. Read the rules carefully. You may go back, skip questions or flag them for review.
UNSCORED EXAMPLE
This sequence repeats A, B, C. Choose the tile that completes it.
Your timer starts only when you select “Start assessment”.
