Founder and Director – Sales, Marketing & Operations
Nitin is a dynamic leader reshaping how India experiences paint. From his early days engaging customers at his father’s shop to building India’s first ultra-luxury paint segment, he has consistently turned curiosity into bold, market-defining innovation.
In 2013, he transformed a niche import venture into a proudly homegrown brand that now delivers international-quality, eco-conscious coatings made in India, growing it into a 120+ crore powerhouse with a pan-India dealer network. An MBA in Marketing, he negotiates globally, executes locally, and leads with a rare blend of strategic vision, hands-on sales expertise, and an unapologetically future-forward mindset.
KASHISH KHARAKIA
Founder and Director – Finance, Production & Procurement
Kashish is the driving force behind the company’s manufacturing muscle and “Made in India” backbone. Obsessed with how things are built, he moved from learning on family shop floors to setting up Jewell’s first factory in 2013, personally mastering every stage from raw material selection to final finish.
Under his leadership, Jewell Paints has grown into a multi-unit production powerhouse, with factories in Sampla and Alwar, a dedicated wall putty facility, and a rapidly expanding wood coatings line, together delivering an impressive daily output and value. Kashish combines financial discipline with hands-on engineering rigour, proving that Indian manufacturing can not only match but rival global standards while staying firmly rooted in quality, precision and long-term vision.
