PU Clear Sealer (Polyurethane Clear Sealer) is a superior-grade, two-component transparent polyurethane sanding sealer designed as a high-build basecoat for interior furniture and joinery. Its condensed solid content and excellent wetting of wood pores allow effective sealing of veneers and solid timber while maintaining very good transparency.

The sealer offers very good covering, sanding and plasticity, forming a smooth, well-anchored base that enhances adhesion and appearance of subsequent PU clear or pigmented topcoats. It is suitable for doors, windows, frames, panels, furniture and castings, and can be used for both open-grain and closed-grain finishes depending on viscosity and number of coats. With dust-free time around 15 minutes, touch-dry in about 25 minutes and sandability after roughly 4 hours at 25 °C, PU Clear Sealer supports fast production cycles while delivering a stable, high-quality foundation for premium polyurethane finishing systems.
