Watertite WaterLoc is a high‑performance, single‑component, ready‑to‑use pre‑putty waterproofing sealer for interior walls affected by dampness and efflorescence. It penetrates deeply into masonry and bricks to form a breathable but water‑tight film that blocks water and salt migration, protecting both the structure and the final paint finish.

The coating resists negative hydrostatic pressure up to 5 bars, so it can stop seepage coming from inside the wall, not just surface moisture. It also limits biological growth, blocks efflorescence and provides superior adhesion thanks to acrylic fibres, preparing a sound base before wall putty and topcoats are applied. WaterLoc is applied by brush or roller with typical coverage of about 50 sq.ft/litre and is supplied in 1 L and 4 L packs for convenient site use.
