PU Clear High Gloss in the Jewell wood-finishes family is best represented by Melamine Clear Gloss, a two-pack clear topcoat that gives wooden surfaces a mirror-like, non‑yellowing high gloss with long-lasting clarity. Its melamine–based system delivers excellent abrasion, stain, scratch, heat, water and solvent resistance, so furniture and woodwork stay beautiful even under daily wear and tear.

Designed for interior furnishings such as wardrobes, doors, panelling, tables and cabinetry, it performs like a protective shield that lasts roughly twice as long as ordinary alkyd varnishes and far longer than traditional French polish. Applied over a suitable sealer like Melamine Clear Sealer, it enhances natural grain depth and colour while forming a tough, durable film. The product is mixed in a 9:1 base–catalyst ratio, thinned with Jewell Premium Grade Melamine Thinner, and offers theoretical coverage of about 80–100 sq.ft per coat with a dry film thickness around 30–35 microns on a properly prepared substrate.
