Watertite DampLoc is a ready‑to‑use, high‑build liquid waterproofing membrane based on PU‑hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres, designed as the topcoat of the Jewell Watertite system. Once cured, it forms a thick, seamless, highly flexible (up to 500% elongation) film that provides 10 years of waterproofing protection while also reducing surface temperature by up to 12°C for cooler interiors.

It is applied by brush or roller, diluted with water as specified, with coverage of about 15 sq.ft/litre on horizontal surfaces, 35 sq.ft/litre on vertical surfaces and 50–60 sq.ft/litre in re‑painting situations. The coating offers anti‑carbonation protection for concrete, strong adhesion with acrylic fibres, and is intended to be used in combination with Watertite Damp Seal Primer and WaterLoc/Crack Filler/Bio Wash for a complete damp‑proofing and heat‑shield system.
